@AmericanTimdog Slim down the X, make it all digital, and sell it for $299/399 as the budget option alongside Helix. Sony is rumored to have a PS6 portable that probably docks to TV and you need something to compete in the budget category. Series X will be supported for 10+ years.

Maybe - gamepass live ? I don’t know but Gamepass still very good just day and date is an issue. I’d do it just like PSN. Xbox gamers will wait too. So just I dunno - gotta be smart with it imo.

No I think the dream steam idea was all your games on pc and ps5 games . Sony was like nope. Thats what companies do. They react. That’s why I was so critical of all of the we all play we all win nonsense

That’s why she did the feedback. Satya is willing to bend trust me. I think she handles Gears right. Now that’s just one problem. They have day and date gamepass dilemma. They have Steam storefront. They have no console price console next gen unless they do a redesign of X and sell that for the casuals. They also have things like GameStop in America UK - Bestbuy etc stores have zero visibility. Like that is really really bad. That used to be a complaint about what was going on in game stores In Japan in 2010. That the Xbox stuff was in a back room or nowhere to be found. They actually duplicated that in all stores now lol it’s insane. Lots of recommitments and building up. The one thing is the vibe seems to be super strong about xbox on socials - it feels like people wanna love xbox again - like it’s a fade but it seems real. That’s only gonna last a certain amount of time and that’s why they need to capitalize. I’m not going on verbals either like we are doing exclusives next gen lol . No way trusting that. They need to build up now and June 7th is the start of all of it. Make or break moment

Xbox has to do about 7 things but they have some serious pressing matters. I like Asha a lot but no way around this isn’t gonna be easy, odds are weighted against her, and many obstacles.
The biggest thing Xbox has going for it is its passionate fanbase that is super awesome imo. It’s crazy but I think somehow she is gonna get it done but I’m realistic about it
I personally have my red lines and they are no more ps5 games. Also transparent communication and no lies. We are way too smart as fans to figure them out.
I’m willing to buy all Xbox games.
I’m willing to deal with the stupid releases of fable and halo because of prior leadership and that they announced it. Personally I’d pull it but I get it
I never wanna see them talk about Sony or Steam or Nintendo. I want them to treat them like Sony treats xbox. Same type of attitude. Be smart with branding - logos - and actually compete.
It all comes down to gears tho and that’s my key in back to Xbox and spend again. Or - I just say ok they are a lost cause. Leave and start lifting weights

Gamepass needs to go . I can’t be anymore clear about it. It makes the devs lazy. Shannon Loftis said that I believe too. Lots of breaks. Lots of sick days. Gotta run a business and gamepass seems to really have too many problems
