The pre-list Genesys blog was AWFUL Completely miscommunicated what was in the list sending people into uncertainty The actual list is not perfect (DIFI) and it's still cynical (illusion gate) but it did MOST of what it had to do Including getting amethyst off onomat finally god

@CentamoreJarrid Jarrid* the fix to going secconds more cars like izuna Hollie Sue and the like which I think we shoukd see more of turn 0 play is awesome and is a far cry from the uninteractive lingering floodgates that instead of providing interaction just makes playing combo miserable

@CentamoreJarrid No Jarrod im wirhbyou you KNOW I am Charmies number 1 hater because they don’t fix going seccond AT ALL they just make going first miserable. Going seccond you draw them and drop it it gets ashed you lose it resolves and you likley win and in Genesys there is no ash so its worse.

In my last video I have been getting consistent push back on a lot of things, but the one that stands out to me most is the mulcharmy argument. People REALLY like these cards more then I expect and I just feel like is a psyop at this point. I HATE these cards so much because...

@LakeUncalming @MBTYuGiOh The reason I say the Charmies are worse designed than Maxx C is 1. Because Moana had the power of hindsight when making the Charmies whereas with max C they did not and 2. The Charmies for some inexplicable reason aren’t once per turn which is infuriating beyond belief

TWITTER THREAD! Today, I want to talk about cards that allow us to GLIMPSE THE FUTURE. Often, Konami will print something so specific that we can't help but think "oh, so they're banning <x>" or "guess we're getting <y> back." What examples can you think of? Here's mine:

@MBTYuGiOh Btw the reason why I say Fuwa is the worst designed handtrap ever made isn’t because it is the best of all time but because Konami saw what cards like the Charmies did in Maxx C and decided to print them anyways, Konami couldnt have known the speed the game would be now in 2011

@MBTYuGiOh As much as I fucking despise this card (worst card ever designed and printed in yugioh history) we cannot lie and say that 90% of us didn’t get gaslit by this idiot that the OCG/ master duel was gonna ban maxx C with this as its replacement and for a while we where mistaken

@evasivemonkey @werter34r @MBTYuGiOh I know it won’t happen I don’t want it to happen I think combo decks are fine to exist in the game what isn’t fine is the solution to that being a turn skip akin to the most broken handtrap in the games history. There are much better and more healthy ways to fix that issue
