Erie County Legislator Jeanne Vinal, who represents Amherst, dropped off a proclamation at our Family Support Center to recognize and honor our school counselors for National School Counseling Week Feb. 2-6, 2026. The proclamation will be displayed at the FSC.

Our 3rd-graders at Windermere Boulevard held their own Winter Olympics today with curling, luge, ice skating, bobsled and skiing activities. There was even a warming hut with hot cocoa! They put in the work before the fun by learning about each sport and completing a packet.

Spanish students just returned from their Costa Rica Service Learning Trip at the Agua Azul School outside of La Fortuna to dig and install drainage tile along the permitter of the school yard and main school building. They also prepared the school's garden for planting.
