@janabank It has come to my attention that Jana Small Finance Bank is engaging in gross deception of the public, and I intend to file a legal complaint regarding this matter.

@janabank I had filed an online complaint regarding this matter; however, despite that, I have neither received a satisfactory response nor a refund of my money. I strongly condemn such service.

@janabank When I sought information regarding this matter, I did not receive a satisfactory response from the said branch. Since my money has not been refunded to me, I am closing my account today.

@janabank I had opened a Premier account at the Dharashiv branch of Jana Small Finance Bank. I was assured that this account would come with a zero-balance facility; however, approximately ₹2,500 has been deducted from it in the form of low-balance charges.
