Yoroba people are still living in the past. They seem to be one of the uncivilised and backward tribes in Africa. Why are they destroying wildlife in the name of hunting for food? I understand that there’s acute hunger and starvation in Yoroba land but k!lling these animals is quite unfortunate. This is absolutely wrong.

A lot of people keep wondering why Yoruba people are so corrupt and criminally motivated? As an Ijebu man, they ask me why is crime culturally acceptable in Yoruba society.. ? I say it’s because Yoruba parents teach and pray for their children to make money in any way possible. That’s why Yoruba government has been the worst and most corrupt government in Nigerian history. That’s why you can never be accepted as a leader in Yoruba land without being or having a criminal record. From kingship to political leadership. That’s why people like Awolowo who was a convicted felon became the SW leader. It’s been like that up until now. Tinubu, a convicted drug trafficker, didn’t just happen. It’s a pattern in Yoruba culture. You wonder why the most notorious scammers are Yorubas, eg: Abass AKA Hushpuppy. A tribe where kings are fraudsters. Most Yoruba Governors & politicians today have all been convicted abroad.
