Going off the kiddos feedback of / for me, they wanted rotations. So, my @PiccoPride 7 Lab 2 Ss got rotations to demonstrate different strategies to find percent. I LOVED the conversations & multiple tries to make sense of the problems. #Perseverance

My @PiccoPride 6th Grs have been working on estimation, so we did a classic @gfletchy 3 Act Task. Ss estimated the total, then I showed each color for an estimate bf we added and compared our sum to estimates. They even built the skittles by color. #CRAAllTheWay

How big is the world's largest deliverable pizza? My favorite part about this problem is that one of the answers provided by Modern Marvels in their video clip is actually wrong, giving students an opportunity to critique the reasoning of others.
