Le sconfitte vanno sempre riconosciute ! Forse non abbiamo saputo spiegare agli Italiani le buone ragioni di una Riforma che molti di noi aspettavano da tanto tempo. Sicuramente qualcun altro è stato più bravo. Il nostro ordinamento giudiziario rimane così com’è. Noi avvocati penalisti delle Camere Penali continueremo ad andare nelle Aule per aiutare chi ha bisogno a trovare Giustizia esattamente come facevamo prima. Avevamo chiesto un voto diverso da quello che si è affermato solo perché lo ritenevamo più giusto per la collettività, per difenderla ad armi pari davanti a un Giudice terzo ma gli Italiani non ci hanno premiato.
