Dear @AmplerBikes @ArdoKaurit I desperately need support. My 1mo old bike is not starting any more. Call to customer care gets discntd saying no free agents. Mails have been sent to support but no response. Ticket was created but no ticket no. or acknowledgment from the portal.

@AmplerBikes technical support is a disaster. Nobody picks up the phone and email responses are completely useless.

Happy to see someone finally release a bike with the same design considerations as @AmplerBikes, but for the US market. I adore my Ampler Hawk but they don't sell to the US anymore and I can't upgrade the firmware on it to support their new app. :( statebicycle.com/collections/e-…

@AmplerBikes I feel like there should be a way to lock the power button without having to go through the app. Maybe with a triple press or something like that. Maybe after an initial (and optional) activation process within the app. Anyways, love the bike! #curt2022

@AmplerBikes @sylvain We already contacted your support, and your answer was just saying the bike needs an update to decrease the GPS consumption. It’s not only this. The battery/system seems to be defective. Again, I have been using a Curt for 4 years without any issues so I can compare.

Hey @AmplerBikes. I bought a Curt bike in 2018 and have been super happy with it. I recommended my GF to buy your new Juna. She received it a few days ago and her bike has definitely a manufacturing defect.

To be honest, the GPS module is a useless feature and should not have been implemented in this model.
