Not sure which is more infuriating: not hearing back or hearing back and nothing changing. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I honestly believe they do not know how to correct the problem. It lessens the quality, so I’m out. And really, it wouldn't be so bad if I could just get an answer about it. Their care people are responsive and helpful about everything else! So why not this??
