@irns53 I agree! It's extremely irresponsible and damages people's lives and reputations to accuse someone without any proof of a connection. These irrational people think they can tell by the eyes that it's the perpetrator. If they were the one being accused they would be livid.

Posting people’s names and faces and saying the person is responsible for kidnapping is EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE and I hope all of you who do it end up sued for defamation.

@BadAssNewzz It's very strange to sit there in a parking lot for hours every day to discuss theories. The first 3-4 weeks or so when the case was new & things were happening is one thing or come back if something new breaks, but him & others could do call in theories at home right now.

If you want to criticize my actions, frame it as your opinion by saying “I think” or “I believe.” And if you are going to make accusations, blur minors and be careful with words like abuse, because that is your perception, not an established fact. The state of Florida and DCF do not support that claim, and we will defend our family in court if necessary.

If you look at when JLR started tweeting about me, it did not begin before his charges. It started only AFTER I became both a witness and a victim in his misdemeanor case. What followed escalated into threats to show up at our home which violates Florida laws that he inspired, videos of Eva’s children in an enclosed private area, and his associates cosplaying as police while insinuating they wanted to arrest and tase me. While the original charge was a misdemeanor under Arizona law, the conduct that followed has now led to a new investigation. On top of that, a judge today has signed an injunction against harassment, barring him from any contact whatsoever, from approaching me, from coming anywhere near our home, from using social media to harass or threaten.

I published factual, public information obtained through FOIAs. I did not threaten to show up at anyone’s home. I worked with law enforcement to make sure any protest activity stayed within the law. I did not retaliate. I published the information only after it became available and after fact checking it. His actions were retaliatory in response to that, and those are not the same.
