@mattsauer That’s not true. Miller Valentine, BCVA and others had active offices inside thru 2018. Then bldg didn’t score well in OH HTC process because it had been continually occupied. That coupled with COVID, material delays, GC, skyrocketing costs…Yet owner remains committed.
