I’m listening to beautiful music at our holiday choir concert. I’m also the proudest principal ever as I look around the audience and see SO MANY of our students’ teachers here to enjoy the music & support students / choir directors 🥰

I’m proud of the work our counselors do every day for students, families, teachers, and the community. This is year 3 for Lone Star. Next year, we aim for the CREST Leadership Award! 🥇🏆

We are ready for the holiday season at Lone Star! We have the most dedicated decorator 🎄🤶

One of my favorite yearly traditions is to celebrate Thanksgiving w/the Lone Star leadership team by enjoying a delicious holiday meal prepared by our cafeteria staff!

Red Ribbon Week theme for today: “Be a good example, don’t do drugs” (student/teacher swap - students dress as teachers and teachers dress as students) SO FUN!

This week my leadership team is giving our teachers the gift of time. We are teaching classes so teachers can have a little extra time for themselves. In this class, the teacher planned for students to be empowered to lead the lesson. They were awesome! 🙌🏻

A great day with my buddy, @johnnyeducation at Lone Star Middle School! Loading these students up with tools to take their learning to the next level is a must. And these students rose to the occasion. Proud of these students and teachers! @Amy_Lemaster @AppleEDU @Lone_StarTexans

Books are good for your brain! @terahgeter2019 is hosting a book tasting in 6th grade at Lone Star today to engage our Texans in their learning 📚🍽️🌟

What do we want our students to know/be able to do? How do we know when they’ve learned it? How will we respond when they haven’t learned it? How will we respond when they’ve learned it? LMS Texans are collaborating in Team Meetings to ensure high levels of learning for students!
