This was today’s. No twitter for 15 hours is huge for me. It estimates 4 hours of saved time from not opening it. The free version only does one app but I am tempted to upgrade so I can cut down all social media use.

If, like me, you want to cut down on doom scrolling on this app (or wasting time on any app) I can highly recommend the One Sec app. It causes a delay when you open twitter so that you think about whether you really want to open it. The first day it thwarted 30 mindless attempts.

My kids asked me for a Pokémon cake that was a grass layer on the bottom, then a water layer, then a pokeball- with as many pokemon as I could manage. I did my best!

@StephArmstrong_ I didn’t really have a preference for specialty and there were plenty of posts yo choose from so I looked for which one offered me most opportunity to develop my therapy skills- I’m working towards EMDR accreditation and I intend to put myself forward for CAT training too.
