Our physiotherapy team have launched a new rehab class for patients. It’s been set up to help people support each other as they recover from a major trauma, and provide them with the tools to get back to their everyday lives. We spoke to Ben, one of our physios, to learn more ⬇️

For all the criticisms and cynicism’s of @NightingaleLDN, many of which were fair, there is no doubt that it was a triumph of cohesion and collaboration of pan-London multiprofessional NHS staff. It’s the people that make the NHS great and I met some of the best it has to offer.

My biggest error has been the gluttony with free food, combined with wearing scrubs at work and pyjamas at home. Totally oblivious to the fact that as I tried to flatten the curve for COVID, I have been developing my own.
