Just got an email that initially seems like it’s bad. But, sellers who got their restrictions reversed last week received this exact email right two days before they got reversed. Idk if this is good or bad, but at least it’s something I guess?!?

Making someone's yearly salary in 1 month... Silence is golden. I haven't been posting as I was focused on being sharp and ready for Q4. It's paying off. Hats off to anyone out there. Lil update: finalized selling my US account with all 5 brands to a guy from Ukraine with a bunch of crypto $$. 1 month left to crush the 2024... Good luck everyone ✌🏻

Imagine this. - You can create endless photo-realistic images of packaging - You don't need to go back and forth with a designer just to realize their designs aren't even close to what you wanted. Instead you can use AI to generate endless iterations, and then, when you a design that stands out in the top 10 search results of Amazon, THEN you hand it off to a designer to build. But you already have a full brand guide, colors, and mockup for the designer to base it on. Using AI for packaging differentiation is faster and cheaper.

I've also never had a more difficult year than this year on Amazon. Fires to put out at all places. • Germany/EU with new regulations. • Brands not getting registered. • Accounts getting disabled. • Fulfilment centers overfilled > renavigating inventory and eating the cost. The only positive thing that happened to me was getting back into stocks a bit more to utilize my money as cash flow is getting tough with Amazon... Respect to anyone who has a good 2024 year on Amazon. 😄👍🏻

What a mess Q4 has been. Here's how it's gone so far for my little outdoors brand: 1 - Have lost $80,000 in sales over the past 1.5 months due to a stock out. 2 - The stockout is due to Amazon AWD rejecting check-in appointments. They told Amazon sellers that AWD had "unlimited storage" - turns out they didn't literally mean unlimited. I've never been this let down by Amazon. Hearing it could be months before AWD clears up this mess. 3 - In my absence my top competitor has totally dominated our niche. My hero product usually ranks organic #1 - 2 for its top keywords, so it makes me sick to see a competitor rake in sales uncontested. My options at this point are: - Cancel my original shipment. Recreate a shipment plan as SPD to AWD so it gets in the warehouse the same day. Pay my freight forwarder to relabel every carton. - Cancel my original shipment. Recreate a shipment plan as LTL to an FC and pay the inbound placement fees on top my freight forwarder relabeling the cartons. - Escalate a case to AWD and hope they can keep the next inbound check-in appointment. - Do nothing and watch Q4 end with $0 sales Guys ecom is so easy. Can't believe more people don't succeed.

Amazon's literally not making this easy. From the sellers that I know or help grow, a good 1/3 got deactivated for whatever reason. Amazon always comes up with something to ban you for and they don't make it easy to unban. Not affiliated but these guys are good at helping out with suspensions: amazonsellers.attorney If anyone's account gets fucked, which is more common in the past mont, you can contact them. Cheers, stay safe 💚

Most brands are obsessed with launching new products. It’s exciting, it feels like progress, but it’s also expensive and risky. What if instead, you focused on what’s already working? Selling an old product to an old customer is underrated. It’s the customer who already trusts your brand, the product that’s already proven itself. They know it. They like it. It’s the simplest sale you’ll ever make. Yet so many brands ignore it. Instead of launching a new flavor, a new version, or a new color just market an existing product in your catalog to an existing customer who hasn't bought it yet. It’s cheaper, faster, and has a higher conversion rate. You can do this easily. Send an email reminding them about the benefits. Use a small discount to bring them back. Tell them how others are loving it and give them three reasons to buy it. Brands tend to overcomplicate growth, but sometimes the biggest wins come from what you’ve already done.

Theoretically, if you have 10 ideas per year and act on each one of them every month. You'll get ahead a lot faster than an average person. The average person might act on 1 idea per year and stick with it for a 1-2 weeks. Ideas might be: • launch a new product • launch a Shopify page • reach out to influencers to market your product • get a patent . . . Speed is everything in business. Get more shit done ✅ quicker

Pro tip: You can rename your Amazon FBA shipments to something more specific. Trust me, as your shipments grow, you’ll appreciate knowing exactly what’s in each box without guesswork.
