Crafted with lemons from the Lemon Forest Farm in Waipu, Taichung—thin-skinned, edible, and free of bitterness.
Using aged sorghum liquor as the base, each fresh lemon is distilled together to extract its natural, refreshing citrus aroma.
The result is a perfect harmony between bright fruit notes and the rich grain aroma of sorghum, capturing the vibrant warmth of sunlight in every sip.
Moonlit Plum
Made from green plums grown in Fengyuan, Taichung, a well-known plum-producing region.
With their round shape and bright, tangy-sweet flavor, the plums are crushed and distilled together with their pits.
This process brings out the fragrance of the peel and flesh, along with a subtle almond-like aroma from the kernel—evoking the gentle feeling of spring after a long winter.
These two liquors are inspired by the sun and the moon, combining the essence of Taichung’s nature with the craftsmanship of HOMETOWN.
