I started playing after watching iFrostbolt. I started doing the main quest. Its fairly easy. The game shows you what to do and what you need to progress. Just google online the chronological order of the main quest and follow it. Each quest shows you the prerequisites you need to unlock it.

Start fresh. I had an old account but a fresh one was the right choice for me. Been playing for the last 2 weeks and enjoying my time in there. It does not have the complexity of D2 granted. No dungeon or raid or puzzle to solve. But you always have a next goal. Always chasing the next shiny frame or weapon. There is grind in it for sure

@AnCastel_ I’m probably 50 hours in but that’s been over a number of years. Probably need to just start fresh

@PaulTassi I told you yesterday @PaulTassi it is very time friendly. You can take things at your own pace and not have fomo. No battle pass expiring. No items tied to some time frame mechanic. Give it a try. At least you will enjoy the story

If it was years ago, I might fully throw myself into Warframe as a replacement here, but I just think that's too ambitious in my stage of life with so little time and how much investment that would be. But it seems like a good option for many

Dont get me wrong. The amount of things you have to do I am still scared to learn it all. This thing is massive but the story has me hooked for the time. And I cant wait to learn more. Plus it has gameplay of roguelike, soulslike, and ship battles in it? Ive just dipped my toes and taking it slowly to learn stuff. Plus with a newborn it helps the missions are really quick.

@AnCastel_ I am on my third Warframe try at this point, I just can't do it. I do really like it but it just feels too overwhelming at this point to really dive deep in (as I'm sure many feel/felt about Destiny)

I do feel like this a lot. Some of it may be my outlook changing, but I miss when Destiny was a game I *could* do all of that stuff with. It’s just a void now 90% of the time As a PvP game Marathon just isn’t gonna fill that gap more than occasionally. Games like Crimson are rare and obviously can’t last too long. But yeah regardless nothing is going to beat prime Destiny for that feeling and type of content, I fear

The game is getting more advertisement this way than if it went the traditional way. I mean my whole feed is buzzing about how there is no announcement from the game. And yet Geoff, you and a lot of other people are talking about it. The game has the people attention no matter what.

So, Borderlands 4 PC performance has surely improved a lot with this update. Can't say anything about the console version as I haven't tested it yet. Played on PC, the game was stuttering a lot in the first 10 to 20 minutes after boot. But this is normal. After that, no stutter, FPS is more stable, and overall, the game feels smoother. Thank you, @GearboxOfficial @ProdigyXL and others for your work.

@DuneAwakening We sure this works? I tried it once and when I logged in I was on the other side of the map then when I logged off. And the performance was meeeh. It would be great to power up your base on the go and do some farming in Haga if this works

@Gladd Dune Awakening was the first survival that clicked with me. After that I wanted to scratch that itch. So I jumped into Enshrouded since Ive heard such good things. 10 hours I cant get back

this is more than just a cynical "no" as I think it's more complicated than that, and you can see the vision with some of these new systems and ideas. Whether it works is a different story
