@AnaArcheron How tall are you? Is that your total for the day? Thats rly not that bad like a bit of a short fast and a workout tomorrow could erase that shi! Don't get down on yourself just keep on swimmin I know its difficult but your progress isn't ruined

@AnaArcheron Slow walk/just walk in general itll help with the bloating. Sip water lots of it but try not to chug right after a binge (bloat). Fast for maybe 16 hrs but if youre not a faster just eat very very low cal snacks like cucumber somethings that's all water. Then start fresh tomorrow
