I landed in DC last night for orientation, and to get an office up and running. Before our first day of meetings, I ran to my favorite DC running destination since my days working on Capitol Hill for Norm Mineta as a Georgetown student 35 years ago. It was a beautiful morning, so I did my part to bring California sunshine to our nation’s capital!
