v4 is divided into three tiers initially - free, standard and trial. Free tier only allows access to deckbuilder (will allow more soon, since the priority is to fix and optimize the experience as much as possible). Standard and Trial are paid tiers. (1)

[UPDATE] The full release of v4 will take another two weeks. Most things are set up, but we need to ensure the systems aren't overwhelmed. Features will be added live one by one during this "pre-release," and it's all FREE until 30th.
