@lyrasplash Since I hurt myself pretty bad earlier this year, I've had to basically stop going to the gym and even switch from bike to public transportation. To try to not gain too much weight I mostly cut down on liquid calories, use way less oil to cook, and subbed some sugar with stevia

@lyrasplash You burn a lot of calories merely by existing, so if you cannot exercise being in a slight calorie deficit might be the way. A nutritionist should be able to help you achieve that without feeling like you're in hell

I think one of the biggest testimony to Tamsyn Muir's talent is how much we love team 69 even though it barely existed. We love it for all the potential it had, made obvious again and again. But it was just a flicker of the light. Practically over before it started.
