It seems you know nothing about traveling as part of a delegation. In official delegations, if you have any special privileges, you should keep them to yourself because you are representing your country. Traveling with a passport other than the one you represent is disrespectful to your country. You can confirm this with anyone on the team.

Yes they do have Iraqi passports so they can fulfill the FIFA requirements of representing the national team, but if a player has another passport that allows him into a hosting country without a visa, he enters using that passport.
