@ShaunLintern 100% to passporting. This is already happening in some systems e.g. the North West Collaborative Staff Bank (@NW_collabbank). These types of solutions enable thousands of medics to move between sites w/out friction. It's a time saver, shift filler, and unlocks flex for staff.
