@joshuapalmermd @SimonLo21054188 GTV CTV and PTV were dislocated but not so much to have a clinical consequence. May be also because the dose was high 39/3 Gy. The study is an example that also strong theoretical hypothesis are not necesarily in concordance to clinical reality.

@SimonLo21054188 Unfortunately since both arms basically had the same volumes with the ctv and ptv margins, makes sense there was no difference. Ideally a trial with both pet and mri vs mri alone likely better to capture all the relevant tumor.
