@MartinSLewis Both pay taxes. Our daughter is 2 but reporting development age 12mths. No Gov support for nursery or us because we work! Only route is DLA but this takes 6m+ to be acknowledged. Under 3s, rarely awarded. 2yrs funding should be avble when both parents work.

@Ancaster97 Hi, if the letter stated a cheque was being issued, you normally need to allow up to 14 days to receive it. As this timescale has passed, I recommend contacting an adviser on 0300 200 3300 to check on the status of the refund. Nancy

I submitted mine today but will go to court with the evidence if they do not come back with high compensation. A baby should not be subject to this, let along all other children and issues. It’s physically draining and exhausting.

@Gatwick_Airport Unfortunately not! Not communication since gate was boarding at 10.20 for flight at 11.25. Only tannoy announcement stating, no communication from operations. Continued delay - even a rough time would be helpful, especially with kids.
