@IDontBlog I found chasing it with a shot of orange juice immediately after helped a lot. And I used palafer cherry. It was gross. But a bit less gross. Also try the Heme Iron (proferrin was the brand). Just absorbs better. Good luck!

Just made my daughter take a shot of Floradix for the first time and she said, “Oh my god it tastes like rotten apple juice in Alphaghetti” so if you have recommendations for a less awful liquid iron supplement, we’d like to know.
