He has 15 scholarship players and makes $6M a year in salary alone, that is $400K per scholarship player. By far the most of any coach on campus on a per player basis, yet he was only able to recruit one of these players. He is responsible for his roster and their development, and that should include more than one of these types of players. There should be at least three. Until that changes, the Elite Eight is the ceiling, which isn't awful, it's just not a great one.
