Heads up in case it helps anyone else - if you ordered anything from @interiordefine you should check your order status. Apparently they canceled my Oct 2 order months ago without even notifying us - creditors only have till 6/29/23 to file a claim (/ get their $ back)!

Highly recommend for people who want to try weight training with a cool VR/ ‘help us save the universe’ twist (And apparently there is also one in Idaho??)

Really good mix of VR game (with missions and plot) and weight training First 20 min I was thinking ‘oh this is fun but it’s not too intense a workout’ Second 20 min I was very much corrected ; I left absolutely drenched with sweat

Just tried Black Box VR Gym while I am in SF and wasn’t sure what to expect But holy hell that was so much fun

@sbj24 I used to do this during plane travel … no internet , just me, my emails and my ‘delete’ button. It’s gotten much worse since COVID - Maybe I need to recreate this at a coffee shop??

Just spent 2 1/2 hours in a cafe with no Internet drinking coffee and clearing my email. I only left because I felt guilty about taking a table during the lunchtime rush. So productive and cleared 500 emails with no Internet to fill the queue. I’ll do that again I think
