Ander Elorriaga

To every athlete I coach: your identity isn’t found in your stats, your velocity, or your accomplishments. There’s so much more. Today, my wife and I were baptized together. It started with @marcusmecum lighting the fire & our owner Ryan Conover fanning my flame. What has happened in my life since I turned everything to Him is unexplainable. There were seasons in my life where I felt lost, depressed & anxious. I tried to control everything, carry every burden myself, and it left me empty. I denied His existence. Moving forward, my greatest responsibility isn’t building a business or developing better baseball players. It’s leading by example & living a life that honors Jesus. If someone can see what God has done in my life and realize there’s hope for theirs too, then that’s the legacy I want to leave. Thank you 7Hills Church for changing my life. Now it’s my turn to carry it forward. Jesus is King

I have spoken to the first Diamond Bearcat baseball commit in 2028. I’m going to start writing the story now. But just a heads’ up! This is an incredible story, and Ander is awesome. He is personable, well-spoken, fun and just happens to be an incredible baseball player as well. Travis Clark (Mine Performance Academy) has coached Ander and has also provided me with some amazing insight. This Diamond Bearcat program is coming out of the 2028 recruiting gates like a world class 220 meter sprinter. I’ll have more on that later.

Great week at the MPL tournament in Indiana. Had to play through injury, but was able to compete against some of the best competition in the Midwest.
