Haggis update 🦛
At yesterday’s weigh-in she was 10.4kg... that's a little more than a 24 can pack of @irnbru!
She has now doubled in size in the past two weeks and is doing so well under the watchful eye of her mum, Gloria 💛

We are calling for tighter restrictions on fireworks following the death of Roxie, our endangered red panda kit, on bonfire night.
Our expert vet team believe it's likely that three-month-old Roxie died due to stress caused by fireworks in the local area.

@AndersenDisa I 100% agree with this - how someone’s dressed has nothing to do with how they’re experiencing the music. I just like dressing to match the effort I’m being met with from the stage, and that’s true of theatre, ballet, etc too. Nothing fancy, just not unconsidered either.

One of my more conservative views is if you’re seeing an orchestra - even if they’re playing along to a movie or if it’s a video game showcase - you should still make a little bit of effort to dress up.

@Cindy_Marcolina No I agree that no interval serves some shows better. In most theatres it's a conversation between the theatre and production but it is a choice that is sometimes made.

@AndersenDisa I’m aware we’re at risk of opening a can of worms. We’re not talking about 3-hour shows here, I completely understand the need for a break then. When a play is 90 minutes, though, you can‘t deny that it may stunt the pace. At what point do ice cream sales beat artistic integrity?
