We hit a major milestone on our WSU Dodgen Nuclear Research Center Hot Cell Facility project with the completion of the structural concrete scope. Our concrete partner, Poppoff Inc., wrapped things up with an impressive ~130 yd slab pour. Next up: steel delivery and erection.

Celebrating our UW Haggett Hall Student Housing team’s success: Through dedicated pull planning and strong collaboration with trade partners, they've cut about a month and a half from the overall timeline. This has been a true team effort with collaboration and accountability.

Our Seattle SPD team is making progress on an amphitheater at Legacy Square in the heart of Downtown Renton, WA. Opening this June, the project continues the City of Renton’s vision for creating a public space that will also host community viewing for the FIFA World Cup 2026.

Celebrating the groundbreaking of Horizon House’s West Tower in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood. The 500,000 SF, 33-story expansion will add 202 apartment homes to the existing retirement community campus. Congrats to Horizon House and our architectural partner @mithun_design

Robert Means has been promoted to Regional Estimating Manager in our Portland Region. Since joining in 2023, he has led estimating for our largest project, a major hospital replacement in Portland, bringing 22+ years of experience and steady leadership to the role.

With 35+ years in the industry, Brian Knudsen served as President of our Portland office for 8 years, As as of this year, he has moved into a new role as Sr. VP of Preconstruction. His passion for client success and innovation continues to drive every project.
