@oliviakrauth I also have a foam ball that holds a mic inside & connects to the class sound system. It is tossed gently from one student to another during class discussions. Very engaging! My kids liked to sit it in their lap when they read their writing. We could actually hear our authors!

@oliviakrauth I've been using one for a few years now in OC. Very helpful! Cuts down on vocal strain. I didn't realize the difference until I got to use it. Big bonus is that my voice comes though the ceiling speakers & every kid in the room can hear it equally regardless of where their seat.

Quick question for the teachers out there: Last night, Pollio said every JCPS classroom is getting a tool that will amplify the teacher's voice in the classroom speaker system. Is this anything that anyone actually wants/would find useful? Lemme know.

I have a request for ideas! Can you recommend an app or system where students can work, and answer questions where a teacher can see the responses of all students at one time synchronously as they work? First thought was Google forms, but Ss have to submit first.

@LaurenRataj3 Thanks for training us on this. My teammate & I are now sharing NTI lessons so that both classes are reaping the benefits. We may try casting & teaching from Lynx on iPads for in-person math lessons so that we can teach from anywhere in the room but have visual support for all!
