Regionals report: BCS Anaheim Standard [B] Block 1st Runner up with Bastion Accord. This year, I team killed so many of my friends this year, but them and my losses helped propped me up to squeeze into Top 8, so I'm super thankful for all my opponents to get me here

Genuinely a banger Vanguard part of a strategy presentation - Huge banlist that'll finally shake up a meta that's been feeling stale for quite a bit - Ren Icon confirmed for Set 15 is something I'm personally happy about - Niche nostalgic but peak choices for dual units, genuinely happy to see good mixes from both OG and G here too - 2nd Buddy collab where SURELY I get Danger & Hero World this time fr fr Shame I couldn't restream this time but glad to see they delivered!

@mei_changu Especially if you're playing Fire Regalis, a lot of cards in Blangdmire Fantome like being in the drop/discarded

@Andlego Lien helps to get pieces into drop as well when needed I value it highly

It was fun going back in the card pools over the year and reminiscing decks I had since high school. I miss some of them 😭

@RYsingLegend Tbf, you can't go wrong with fire regalis or twincast. With Blangdmire's skill, I've been calling Cairbre more than Zamuug for 5 attacks. I like Zamuug's filtering skill more, but depends on what my opponent has in hand

@Andlego This is nearly identical to what I'm planning to run for my decklist once the cards are released in English. The only difference is I have no idea which regalis piece I intend on using. I'd like to test to see. but I know for sure Red OT is definitely the right play with zamuug.

Moved to Taipei recently but wanted to keep playing VG (and Taipei plays JP), so I waited til DzBT13 released. Been playtesting Blangdmire on CFA to continue playing Keter Man, as a "new player", to build certain decks up to certain standards is ridiculously expensive. 1/4

@add1_Layer If you whiff the RR, you draw 1. If you whiff the R, you get nothing. That's the only difference

@Andlego I still don’t know what the difference between the R and RR is, mightve misread something tbh

Oh, one more thing. 80% of the time, Eclipse Crimson Moonlight is good enough for some Fantome decks. Zorga and Magnolia, you're about guaranteed to hit something you want to call, Alphard you just want 4 in drop for skill. You save so much money by choosing the R

I do think bringing back revival collections to release near or next to "base" set releases is important otherwise I'll have a hard time seeing new players enter the space, both in Eng and JP formats 4/4
