Update on the AHS @yellowtuliporg project - The 1600 tulips in front of the school (planted by every student in the Classes of 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028) are just starting to bloom!

Charlie Jensen did an excellent job interviewing @AndoverPS Interim Superintendent Mr. Taverna this afternoon! The interview will be broadcast on AHS News during advisory on Wednesday 3/18.

Good morning APS staff and families! To allow crews to continue to clear and treat roadways, sidewalks, and walkways as the storm winds down, there will be a two-hour (2) delay for APS on Friday, March 6th. There will be no AM preschool.

On his first day as @AndoverPS Interim Superintendent, Mr. Keith Taverna is starting his day with a presentation to prospective AHS students about our outstanding school district!

Good luck to our ARC Lightning Robotics Team as they travel to Washington, DC, today for the first-ever Governors’ Cup tomorrow and Saturday! One team from each state was selected to participate in this prestigious competition!

This morning @AndoverPS Superintendent Dr. Parvey, who fluently speaks English and French, spoke to Ms. McDonie’s French classes about the benefits of speaking multiple languages and the role of technology in student learning!

When I took a picture of Naomie Mwale more than halfway through the first home cross country race, she turned and smiled for the camera, clearly showing her passion for running. Today she got to meet our @AndoverPS Superintendent Dr. Parvey, another passionate runner!

After 35 years in @AndoverPS , today was Mr. Peter Hall’s final day before a well-deserved retirement! We wish him all the best, and we are excited to welcome Ms. Kate McGonagle as Interim World Language Program Coordinator!

As I take my walk today around West El and Shawsheen I want to reflect and remember Mary Kay Poe. My kids were so lucky to have been greeted every day by such warmth and care! These beginning of the day greetings matter so much! #littlethingsarebigthings❤️
