So first day at the Three Counties Food Festival is over. If someone were to ask me what the highlight was, it was probably the middle aged white lady (a fellow exhibitor) tell me that she also made jarred products, but obviously hers were typically English.

Can anyone recommend good piccalilli? Not too sharp and vinegary, nor too sweet, but with a good balance of flavours. Ideally the vegetables should be chunky; and even better if it comes in small or medium-sized jars (around 150-200g is good). Thank you.
