I have a flex ticket, i cannot remember my password so sent the reset my password option to Wizz Air on the 4th Apr i am still waiting. What is going on with Wizz Air. This is urgent

@wizzair It’a impossible to reach you. It’a embarassing. Amelia, Virtual chat bot is helpless and phone calls, most of the number I found are not working and those working charge a lot and nobody answers at the end. Please, let me know how to get in touch with someone from WizzAir!
