@DavidLloydUK hi - i’ve been trying to get hold of somebody from head office customer services to raise a complaint about Cricklewood membership team. I was a member for 10 years previously. I will never go back to David Lloyd after the treatment I’ve had.

@DavidLloydUK I’ve sent multiple emails asked for the complaints procedure called the customer service number at head office but no reply

@DavidLloydUK I’m happy to publish all the details regarding the case quotes from the team there here it’s so sad that David Lloyd has a corporation has come to this level
