@Lukealexxander some people are dumb dumb or they are arrogant dumb
I think a vast majority of people are dumb because of arrogance, just to close minded to learn and adapt

@AndreiCioloca solid move but curious what makes this funnel special. seen tons of lead gen funnels that look good on paper. what was the actual conversion rate from lead to sale? context changes everything

I've spent the last 48 hours with entrepreneurs under $10k/month, others stuck between $10k–$50k/month, and some above $100k–$200k/month.
And do you know the #1 thing I was reminded of?
It's that all bottlenecks start and end with "FULFILLMENT."
I don't know how I forgot this, but every single growth level, your first $10k/m, $50k/m, or $500k/month, only happens when your backend/operations can handle that much throughput and give you the conviction needed to go hard on marketing and sales.
Think about it…
If you're below $10k/m, it's probably because you don't believe you can fulfil, so you don't market or sell HARD.
If you're stuck between $10k–$50k/m, it's because you've finally figured out how to deliver, but now you're in the trenches 24/7 serving every client, making all the decisions, and you're afraid that one more client will make you burn out.
If you're doing $500k/m or more, you've probably unlocked a productised model of delivery (selling programs, systems, etc.) but since it's not DFY, clients don't see great results, so they churn…and you're stuck having to acquire new clients every month just to stay afloat.
And if you're doing DFY at over $5M/year run rate, your margins are cooked and it only gets worse as you fight entropy by hiring more people.
So I'm curious…
If you're reading this and dealing with any of the issues above, would you be interested in a full walkthrough of how we converted my $3M/year payroll into a set of AI agents that deliver the same infrastructure it used to take us 5–8 weeks to build for clients…in just 90 minutes?
I just realised that the problem keeping everyone from winning isn't a better business model or a new client acquisition system. We don't need another "[fill in] acquisitionio."
What everyone is actually struggling with is a way to have DFY stickiness with the leverage and margins of software.
Reply to this post with "Infrastructure" and if I get 50 replies, I'll host a workshop to help you understand the new world of turning any service, consulting, or info business into an agentic fulfilment model.
You owe it to yourself to get your freedom and margins back.
