We built a fully domestic supply chain from the ground up: cotton, twill, Supima, buttons, labels, cut-and-sew across shirts, shorts, pants, and belts, plus dye house, pattern making, grading/marking, and fulfillment. Established key partnerships: -Italian mill for cashmere -Texas-based factory for belts -Collaboration with Stop Soldier Suicide for charitable giveback tied to AM products Performance: -Sold 650 Supima polos in 6 days (password-protected release, 2-unit max). Currently in dye, shipping shortly -Sold 1,100 alligator belts (in production) -Sold 400 cashmere sweaters in 24 hours, with 6 days still remaining in the sales window Product: -Designed from scratch: two polos, shorts, and pants (patterns, fit, grading all internal) Spring pipeline (releasing April 6th) -1,500 shorts -1000 shorts -Tour visors and towels in volume Growth: -Email list: 0 → 7,500 Other developments: -Burned the boats, left corporate -Built meaningful relationships with customers, partners, and supporters -All money being reinvested in product and growth -Zero $ spent on anything but materials (no advertising, marketing, modeling, photo shoots). I invited someone to my club with 2 of their friends, which I thought was a nice offer to give them access to a solid private track. None of them are members anywhere so they normally wouldn’t have that access. Guest fee is right on par with the other courses in the area if not less. Person hits me back and asks if my club has reciprocals with a couple of the more high end clubs nearby because their friends want to play the nicer courses instead and supposedly because our greens are never fast enough (rolling at an 11 or so on average). Please don’t do this kind of stuff if you have friends at private clubs. If someone is willing to host you, plus 2 others they don’t know, don’t get greedy and ask them to go above and beyond so you can play exactly where you want. It’s like someone offering to lend you their Mercedes for the day and you ask them to ask their buddy if you can drive their Rolls Royce instead.

A lot of people have said some wild things on here. That’s part of building in public and being radically transparent. I’m a fraud. I’m stealing people’s money. There’s no way I can make high quality shirts. No one will ever see a product. I can’t compete with big brands. I need funding or I’ll fail. This will never work. In DM’s I’ve literally had my family threatened prob by agents of Big Poly. I sleep like a baby every night but make no mistake, I have every single receipt. Today is Monday, February 23rd and I am officially stating this with class and humility: I am the most for real mother fucker you know. I will die before you are proven right. I mean that, I would rather die. See you in the A gap. Wear a helmet.

To the board of directors and esteemed shareholders, I present to you the garment dyed production shirt. This is exactly what I set out to make. Exactly. The color match between the collar and body may not be perfectly identical in direct sunlight, but I actually love that. It feels real. The twill inner placket elevates the entire shirt. We absolutely nailed the collar. It’s firm but still moves the way it should. Every part of this shirt is constructed sincerely. It’s cut very long so it stays tucked in. No shortcuts anywhere. The soft navy is beautiful. I’m emotional. Thank you for your belief and trust.

I’m New Balance 990 / 993 autist. Since 6th grade the system has not failed. New pair every 6 months becomes the gamers. White laces. Once they’re cooked, they become the beaters. Grey laces. Next purchase, old gamers shift to beater duty, beaters get promoted to mowers (for grass). Beaters handle rain, snow, travel, abuse. Mowers handle labor. Gamers demand respect.
