@andreuenrich Si estic dacord, quan et refereixes hàbits en lloc de mecanismes. Em refereixo al futbol com em puc referir a qualsevol activitat humana, aquesta mateixa amb les seves particularitats. Una abraçada Andreu!

Sobre el entrenamiento, el juego real y la diversidad. El fútbol es una actividad interactiva ya que sus participantes se relacionan de maneras complejas con su entorno. La reciprocidad de este proceso genera emergencias en el desarrollo del juego. Por lo tanto está lejos de ser lineal y la identificación de patrones se vuelve un reto dado por las misma incertidumbre de sus acciones. Los mecanismos conductuales se deberían establecer desde la inestabilidad en el entrenamiento ya que el juego real es totalmente incierto. Aquello que conocemos como SSP no es una simulación de actuaciones llevadas al campo, vas mucho más allá, es la convergencia de un estado meta estable y eso constriñe posibilidades de acción. La relación del entrenamiento y el juego real es causa circular, muchos elementos relacionándose que pueden causar diversidad de respuestas. Por ese motivo la variabilidad es una situación emergente que puede ser entrenada. Ya que el juego real demanda la sobre vivencia desde la diversidad.

@andreuenrich El fet del "voler" determina moltes coses, també els perfils. Hem passat de molts jugadors multifuncionals a veure un endarreriment en això, en cerca d'atletes cada cop més limitats tècnicament i no sempre gaire hàbils en la lectura del joc.

Futbol són tendències, i no sempre és per resultats ni cap canvi substancial en l'esport sinó per l'opinió pública. "Escola alemana" ha guanyat terreny, es corre molt més i es suprimeixen moltes fases d'elaboració i pausa en depriment de la "eficiència" + aprofitar espais.

@elfals9 Sense pilota s'està mostrant el mètode més efectiu. Per això el fa tothom. I amb pilota, precisament per venir d'un paradigma zonal/posicional, també s'està veient que els equips pateixen per trobar formes de progressar diferents a les canòniques.

@andreuenrich Arriba l'escola alemana de la eficiència i el correr a aprofitar espais, i després de molts anys amb grans entrenadors capaços de desenvolupar organitzacions col·lectives molt ben treballades, s'opta per la via conceptual fàcil de l'home a home.

@andreuenrich Els rondos no passen a cap museu perquè el joc és el mateix, mateixos elements, que quan Laureano i Cruyff els feien servir, i Guardiola, i tants d'altres després.

@andreuenrich Aquests marcatges ja n'hi havia alguns entrenadors assidus (com Gasperini) i entrenadors que els hi havien fet front sense perdre de vista la elaboració (Inter d' Inzaghi). La tendència a escola alemana l' he notat abans de veure estès aquest marcatge individual.

Bayern Munich’s performance against Atalanta BC offered a clear tactical lesson in how to dismantle aggressive man-to-man pressing systems. Atalanta’s defensive structure, shaped by the principles long associated with Gian Piero Gasperini before Palladino, relies on direct references. Each player is responsible for an opponent, and defensive stability comes from those relationships being clear and constant. When those references disappear, the system begins to lose its foundations. That is precisely what Bayern’s fluid positional rotations achieved. Throughout the match, Bayern repeatedly altered their positional structure. Instead of maintaining fixed attacking positions, players constantly exchanged roles and spaces. This movement forced Atalanta’s defenders into a series of difficult decisions: whether to follow their direct opponent far away from their natural zone or to pass the player on to a teammate. Both options created problems. When Atalanta defenders followed their marker, the team’s defensive compactness began to stretch. Players were dragged into areas of the pitch where they were less comfortable, and the defensive structure lost its cohesion. When defenders hesitated or passed the assignment on, Bayern temporarily created free players between the lines or in build-up. Those short moments of uncertainty were enough to break the press. One sequence before Bayern’s third goal illustrated the scale of their positional freedom. Serge Gnabry appeared almost on the left edge of Bayern’s own penalty area during the build-up phase. A winger occupying such a deep position forces the opposition marker into an immediate dilemma: follow him over a distance of nearly sixty metres and disrupt the defensive shape, or allow him to receive the ball freely and help Bayern progress the play. Situations like this occurred repeatedly during the match. Bayern’s rotations also created frequent mismatches during marking transitions. As Atalanta attempted to switch assignments between defenders, small timing gaps emerged. In high-level football, this hesitation can open the door for progressive passes, overloads or shots. The result was a growing cognitive and physical strain on Atalanta’s man-oriented system. The more Bayern rotated, the more difficult it became for Atalanta players to maintain clarity over who they were responsible for and how long they should follow their marker. Players were dragged out of familiar zones, defensive distances increased, and the pressing structure began to fragment. By constantly moving the players instead of simply moving the ball, they removed the reference points on which Atalanta’s defensive organisation depends. Against rigid man-to-man systems, that kind of fluidity can be decisive. Bayern’s rotational play yesterday provided a textbook example of how positional flexibility and intelligent movement can destabilise even one of Europe’s most aggressive pressing sides. #AtalantaBayern #FCB #UCL

@MindtheFootball Thanks for that! The level of discomfort of a defender chasing an opponent far from its own circle can be the same as having a striker dropping close to the build-up. I see your point, but only as a temporary solution. The way to break man-marking is not simply by moving around.
