@EdOBrien1 @EmerHigginsTD Hi, hoping you can help. Alot of rubbish on Castle Road from bins irresponsibly left out, to add to this and even worse, somebody decided to leave 3 large bags by the public bins. I clean the road regurlarly but this is too much for one person.
