Knox apologizing in court

Knox was sentenced by Judge Brian Gibbons to 16 years in prison for killing 3 people while drunk driving in Chester in October 2016.

Defense lawyer Tom Hall says blown tire could have caused crash. Admits his client Joseph Knox was drunk and praised victims’ families for their grace but tire an issue, Hall said.

Knox had previous DUI convictions and was drunk when he crossed the center line and hit the other vehicle head on, prosecutor Candice Lively said. @RHHerald
