The ASIST training by @PAPYRUS_Charity was so valuable.
The session offered such practical, compassionate guidance on recognising when someone may be struggling, creating safety, and having supportive, life-affirming conversations. The facilitators were incredible.

This morning I went back to @LeedsTrinity and discussed #safeguarding with trainees. Working on reception is Melanie, who was the cleaner in St Alban’s Hall when I was a trainee. Not sure I’d have stayed without her nurture and care. She helped my journey; her role was vital.

Looking around secondary schools for daughter’s application deadline of the 31st. Best part so far, a school declaring everything they do wonderfully, only for the pupils to say it doesn’t normally happen.
