The 2nd Amendment never became moot, and your singular definition is only partially correct. The only standing military service that is constitutionally authorized is the Navy. All other military services must be reauthorized within a two year period. If an NDAA is ever not passed the only military service that can Constitutionally remain standing is the Navy. As Congress is specifically required to provide for a Navy. A right is a right precisely because it can not be taken away in a legal sense and will never be moot.

In a sane country, we wouldn’t allow AR-15s in the hands of anyone, let alone a white supremacist with a history of mental issues. And we wouldn’t have to lock down whole school campuses and have students crawl out of windows to save themselves from an active shooter. Other countries have passed laws to prevent this madness. Yet, we allow it regularly to happen.

Too many Americans have been drowning in student debt for decades. Canceling student debt will provide financial freedom to working people, bringing them closer to saving for retirement or even buying a home. SCOTUS should follow the law & affirm @POTUS' student debt relief plan.
