As the situation in the Middle East remains volatile, we are deploying our Type-45 Destroyer, HMS Dragon, to the Eastern Mediterranean. We are also sending two Wildcat helicopters to Cyprus to bolster drone defence for our Cypriot partners. Working alongside our allies, our Armed Forces are committed to protecting regional stability and keeping people safe.

Nectarios Triantis is the best player in MLS that no one outside of Minnesota seems to talk about 🇬🇷 The 22-year-old center-mid bossed the Loons' frigid win over Cincy. There isn’t an MLS player in their 20s that I’m more certain will end up in the Premier League than Triantis.

On repeat 🔁 A simply sensational assist from Dylan Scicluna 😮💨 #WSW #MACvWSW | @aleaguemen

Hell's Kitchen in Vegas sells around 900 Beef Wellington's a day at $73.95 each. So good! I get it every time. Have you ever had it? Don't tell me the one at Bardot is better. It isn't.

Out-of-favour Celtic star Paulo Bernardo has opened up on what has been a 'complicated season' for his own career so far. After signing permanently for the club from Benfica in 2024, the midfielder has found regular game time hard to come by, not helped by competition and injuries. Despite being named on the bench more often than not, the 24-year-old has been an unused substitute during many matches, with Martin O'Neill opting to go for the likes of Reo Hatate, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, or Luke McCowan instead. Now, in a new interview with Portuguese outlet Sapo, Bernardo has reflected on his current situation in Scotland. "We’re coming off three wins, we’re in a good period, they were hard-fought victories, but they’re three points, and that always gives the group confidence," he said. “We’re in a good moment to face Stuttgart. German teams are quite competitive; they run a lot, so the game won’t be easy, and we play the first leg at home, so that might give us a bit of an advantage. “We struggled for half the season, but we’re managing to get back into the rhythm. Things have been going well, and I think we’re giving a good response after that more negative period. “It’s been a somewhat complicated season, but I’ve been trying my best to fight for my place and do what I’ve done in recent seasons.” On a potential move back to his homeland in the future, Bernardo continued, "I love Portugal; for me, living in Portugal is a privilege, so it could happen. “I don’t know what will happen, but I see it in a positive light, and I’m not closing any doors.”
