مساء الخير عشان انهي الفضول والتشويق في حالة منتصف الليل الغريبه دي ..
الحالة صحيت واعترف انه وقت الstap اتخدر ونام بس مكنش عارف انه عملها .
كلمنا الدكتور اللي عملها وطلع فعلا شالها قبل كده .
وكل الpain ده سايكو .
والحالة متبرعه مرتين بالدم اخر اسبوع يعني باقي الsymptoms منها.

حالات مابعد الساعه ١٢. عيان جاي باعراض الزايدة كلها . فيه old scar بس هو بيقول انها stap wound فتحناله والمفاجأة :مش لاقيين الزايدة ولا حتي الstump , واتعمله exploration ومش لاقيينها نهائي. من عملية تاخد ربع ساعه في ايد النايب.. لعملية ٣ ساعات بوجود الاستشاري يامصر بتعمليها ازاي!

@AndrewNFaris @VamyRellawy محترم رأيك وخبرتك لكن دراسات كتير بتقول إن +ve correlation مابين الريت العالي وجودة الاداء/التعليم للنواب بتplateau عند عدد معين بل وانها بتنزل بعد عدد اكبر كمان. الريت في مصر + ظروف العمل وغياب اصلًا السينيور/مينتورشيب السليمة definitely does NOT make a BETTER resident

الخبر اغرب خبر قريته في المجال الطبي ، ده منتشر اليومين دول هنا في امريكا،جراح شال كبد بدل الطحال،حاجه كده لو واحد متخرج من حقوق مش هيعملها ،حاجه زي دي تعتبر قتل متعمد مش مجرد خطأ طبي. بحاول ادور علي مبرر يخلي خطا زي ده يحصل مش لاقي ،اتمني لو جراح يقولي اي احتمالية حاجه زي دي.

قانوني يصور ال consultation بتاعته بس باعتبارها حق خاص ليه واللي بيدور فيها بخصه
لكن مش من حقه ينشرها ولا ينزلها على السوشيال ميديا ولا حقك كدكتور تقوله لأ متصورش ولا يمشي يصور ف المستشفى بشكل عام
ومتأكد من الكلام ده عشان كنت ف السيكاتري وكل القوانين اتجابت واتناقشت بكل تفاصيلها وايه المسموح وإيه الممنوع

@AndrewNFaris As I said, thats how it should work. In this early stage, it’s not surprising (as lovely as NI is) it’s a less desirable place to live compared to others, for most people
So it makes sense thats where the top placed IMGs may get…

Looks like there are excess jobs for IMGs Which means more jobs, more posts for IMGs Which is exactly what I've been saying for the last 2days while being told I was gaslighting IMGs so that UKGs could get all the jobs... 🤷
