He has to live within LA County to run for mayor. He lives in Santa Barbara rent-free in a home his parents own. He bought the trailer to act like he lives in it in LA to play on people's empathy. He's a grifter. Trump is the reason people hit by that fire still haven't rebuilt. Severe labor shortage due to ICE raids and billions in federal emergency money was never given to CA as Biden pledged. The fire started during Biden's final days in office but it was contained on January 31, 2025 after Trump started his second term.
