There’s quite a lot of work going on around what usually gets called “Prevention”. We prefer Early Action. Most of this, though it can be helpful, has not been designed with local citizens. We are working with others to bring people in to developments to change this for a win-win

@SRAMroad Perhaps you should also recall Force AXS 12 speed chains. I've just found 2 broken links on mine I've not crashed, the chain is not stretched and I'm hardly Tom Pidcock torque-wise

We are conducting a safety recall action for the clamp bolts on all 12 speed eTap AXS shift-brake levers produced prior to July 1, 2023 which were not installed by a bicycle dealer on a new bicycle. Levers may rotate after reaching recommended torque. sram.com/contentassets/…
