Levi Davies, who was 19 at the time of the attack in Southampton, died after taking a lethal amount of ketamine after being raped by 28-year-old Rosario Dos Reis! Levi had been staying in the city after a night out and woke up at around 7am on Sunday, February 19, 2023, to go for a walk. She was confronted by Dos Reis, an invader from East Timor, who led her into the bushes in Palmerston Park and raped her repeatedly! The 28-year-old was later jailed for eight years and four months.

Yearly apologetic tweet for taking a hiatus from gaming / streaming on Twitch. Truth is it's taken me up until recently-ish to feel physically healthy / fit again. (Hormone levels good, not insulin sensitive, mitochondrial health primed, hips/pelvis not out of whack, endurance / strength / mobility solid) I know I may look a certain part throughout the year if you swing by my streams but reality is it's not hard to get complacent and coast on my health/fitness while looking outwardly fine but outside of streaming feeling like I'm dying (mentally & physically). The older I get ~ the more excessively sitting and gaming without balance does a number on my body and my expectations of what I want to remain capable of doing moving forward in life. Whether or not the perfect balance can exist, I'm not sure ~ but I am sure I'll keep ignorantly trying to some capacity. Will probably fire up the streams here in the coming week to chill and get caught up ~ miss gamin, and miss hangin'. To those that still hang around and support, I appreciate ya. This tweet / update is predominantly for you ~ always feel guilty not giving updates but there's a fine line between oversharing // living my life as well.
