Like I said it’s easier for places to take the loss than to enforce payment, but legally even if it’s not to your satisfaction you still owe payment.

@B_Rad_Wapak @0985usmc3089 @lubilyk @gotrice2024 Again even if it in your opinion looks, smells bad, made wrong etc. you still legally have to pay but in most cases restaurants don’t pursue anything because 1 legal fees are expensive and 2 it’s easier to just discount you or take care of you.

This gentleman went to get a quick bite to eat, he ordered his sandwich the way he wanted it and when the employee rung him up, he tried to give the cash. The employee became annoyed and told him that due to a system problem, they couldn’t take cash and told him he would be throwing his sandwich away. The gentleman even said that since it was an issue on their end could he just get the sandwich for free since it’s not his fault they couldn’t accept cash and the employee became even more annoyed and said no. I have a feeling the employee was annoyed because he knew it was his fault he didn’t let the customer know beforehand what was going on, shouldn’t the employee just let him have the sandwich though?

If there was visible mold on it or you got sick eating it then there is a legal argument, but smell so vague.

Is just the scenario you mentioned....I could also just say "these pizzas smell funny" and would be legally cleared to not pay, as I "wasn't satisfied" my company lawyer is correct and Google would confirm that.

@AndrewScotto2 @0985usmc3089 @lubilyk @gotrice2024 Matt is a good lawyer and a great friend....when he says in order to be held liable, they would need to prove you had INTENT to cause harm....I believe him 100% now morally it's a dick move, but legally, easy to beat. A simple, I wasn't satisfied with the order is sufficient.

That pizza place can take me to small claims court for the amount I owe in 30 pizzas.

@RahnsBlaxx @BtcPhenom @gotrice2024 Many employers don’t allow employees to open the cash drawer on their own to prevent embezzlement. If it’s down and he can’t hit the cash button, he can’t open the drawer and give change until the manager comes in.

@BtcPhenom @gotrice2024 Thats not the point, some people only use cash for legitimate reasons , and some do it out of protest. This would be an issue to use it out of protest for because how does a computer being down make it so that you cant open the register, and use a calculator to do the order.

@gotrice2024 If the sandwich is a lost cause no matter what then just get it to the customer. If my boss wanted me to throw away a sandwich instead of giving it to a customer that is trying to pay…that is not someone you should work for.

@Purma_ @Lordadus @MegaCrit Solo experience, or multiplayer experience you play the card exactly the same unless your friends have cards that just block for you as well, or weaken/ make them lose strength. Ascendent 10 runs with my buddies you gotta be very health conscious or you lose runs fast.

@Purma_ @Lordadus @MegaCrit And with the upgraded version of void form removing the ethereal, it’s actually worse to upgrade it instead of upgrading a card that provides value throughout every encounter.

@Purma_ @Lordadus @MegaCrit And you never played it during hallway fights and easy elites as you wanted to just block the damage instead and conserve HP for harder elites/act boss. So it being ethereal now is honestly a buff as it exhausts itself from your deck instead of being a constant dead draw

@JaceDrinksWater @salutcpouqie @MegaCrit It made for infinites with the regents energy gain card (forgot the name of it) which infinites should be removed from the game.

@salutcpouqie @MegaCrit yeah the glow nerf was so unnessecary, it was highly picked because it was the only form of card draw, not because it was particularly strong. i mean seriously its just backflip/coolheaded with a mediocre upgrade
